Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
This is Jesus' invitation to discipleship in Matthew 11:28-30.

The St. Thomas the Apostle Life Teen Group traditionally sponsors its 2023 Lenten Pro-life project: Cross of Life in support of Reachout Women's Center, a non-profit pregnancy counseling center dedicated to helping pregnant women and new mothers in need.
A large Cross of Life is staged on the first Sunday of Lent (February 24) in the Church Narthex for two weeks during Lent. Parishioners are invited to take a little cross with suggested items in constant need and return the item with the cross attached.
Parishioners are invited to purchase and return any of the following suggested items and place them in the 'Reachout' boxes located in the Narthex no later than Monday, March 6:
Financial donations will also be gratefully accepted. Make checks out to
Reachout Women's Center and mail them to RWC at 2648 N Campbell Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719.
For additional info, call the parish office or RWC at 520-321-4300.
Self-addressed envelopes are also available that may be used for monetary donations. These monies will be used for purchases of necessary items. Checks may be made payable to REACHOUT and placed in the collection basket or in the poor boxes in the Narthex.
Vulnerable newborn babies and mothers need the outreach; they need the hope that love alone provides.
