Q I used to receive Flocknotes; I didn't do anything to stop them (e.g. Unsubscribe), but all of a sudden they simply stopped coming. What can I do to return to receiving parish eMails regularly?
A Be sure to add [email protected] to your computer address book so future Flocknote eMails will be 'recognized' and not get blocked, put in your junk folder or caught in your spam filter. That should do the trick!
Q I'm a registered parishioner. But I'm not receiving Flocknotes. Why?
A The answer is that - for 562 St. Thomas 'registered' parishioners whose names are in the Flocknote database - the Parish HAS NO eMail address for you! Therefore Flocknote doesn't have an eMail address for you!
Here's the breakdown:
