Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
This is Jesus' invitation to discipleship in Matthew 11:28-30.

As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads high-school teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church. Grades 9-12.
St. Thomas the Apostle’s Life Teen is designed with the intent to lead teens closer to Christ. Our Sunday evenings kick off with the Eucharistic Liturgy Service at 5 PM. This Mass has a more teen-focused homily and an amazing worship band. This is followed by Life Nights, an experience focused on faith development.
The message of Jesus is kept relevant. Teens hear the fuller truth of the gospel and that Truth impacts their life. Faith is explored in relevant ways. Every effort is made to provide teens with personal experiences of God’s love in their life. Sunday evenings are absolutely eventful.
Life Night is not a program! It is a commitment to not ignore teens and recognize their needs. As we share the beauty of the Church with them, they see how their Christian faith is relevant to every aspect of their lives.
