Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
This is Jesus' invitation to discipleship in Matthew 11:28-30.
Father Patrick M. Crino, Pastor
Suffering a loss and recovering from grief are some of the hardest things we may do in life. For those who have lost a spouse, significant other, parent, sibling, or friend — understand that what you are going through is a natural response to loss, and that you are not alone.
We share stories and struggles, laugh and cry, all in honor of our loved ones. Learn resilience strategies so you can begin to heal the ache of your sadness and move forward in your life. We heal with the support of others.This is a small, confidential, and safe ministry group (not therapy group) led by a licensed professional who is also a parishioner. She is assisted by trained volunteers.
If you need help dealing with the change and transition that comes from death, Loss & Healing, our newest addition to our Parish Bereavement Ministry is prepared to bring comfort, support, and healing.
