Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
This is Jesus' invitation to discipleship in Matthew 11:28-30.

Whether you have been a part of our parish family for a few months or many years, your presence has left a unique mark on the life of our church. During this past 1-1/2 years, your absence (however short or long) has also left a mark.
We've missed seeing you and are excited to welcome you back to full time, full participation. Together let us build an even stronger parish community!
As we continue returning to 'normal', we cherish all the opportunities for community and fellowship that we will be blessed to share.
It's one thing to unlock the church doors, reopen the parish campus, reschedule long-held services and reactivate ministries. That's what parish leadership DOES.
It's quite another for parish leaders to acknowledge the strangeness of how it felt for all of us since March, 2020 and admit the impact closing down and or restricting in-person worship and other valued community events had on our entire parish family (individually and collectively).
For some that impact was physical; for others psychological; for others social. Perhaps most important, from St. Thomas the Apostle Parish's standpoint, was spiritual.
We felt it was timely and important to share how we FEEL as we re-engage and move forward. It is our hope the following video does just that!
In Christ,
Fr. Patrick Crino, Pastor
